Key responsibilities & impact

Purchase a variety of materials, supplies, and services
Evaluate bids and select or recommend suppliers
Negotiate price, delivery, quality, and service
Follow up on awards through completion of orders
Negotiate and settle supplier issues involving damage claims, rejections, losses, returns, over shipments, cancellations, and engineering changes
Conduct supplier site visits

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience or a Master's degree and 3+ years experience, or equivalent
Local applicants with the ability to support a hybrid role (3 days in office/2 days remote)
Active U.S. government SECRET security clearance
U.S. citizenship required to maintain a Secret clearance
Ability to work day shift
