About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute a multi-year Source-to-Pay technology strategy aligned with corporate objectives
  • Lead enterprise-wide supply chain transformation projects across S2P and O2C from concept through implementation
  • Lead technology strategy assessments, operating model redesign, architecture development, and business case creation
  • Develop and implement AI-driven tools, predictive analytics, and digital experiences for S2P processes
  • Oversee enterprise application modernization, business process redesign, requirements definition, solution selection, implementation, testing, and value realization
  • Create a digitally enabled, data-driven supply chain operating model
  • Serve as a thought leader in performance improvement and embed technology and analytics into operational workflows
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align system priorities, capabilities, and change management
  • Define and execute an autonomous procurement strategy
  • Develop standardized enterprise-wide data capabilities and scalable business intelligence frameworks
  • Conduct audits and analyses to improve data integrity, system efficiency, and reporting accuracy
  • Monitor system access and data quality through governance and system controls
  • Assess industry developments and emerging technologies to inform the supply chain roadmap
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses for process changes and build the supply chain innovation roadmap
  • Drive adoption of new technologies and workflows through organizational change management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related functions, focused on technology enablement or process transformation
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience with change management, project management, and facilitating strategic initiatives in a matrixed environment
  • Knowledge of supply chain technologies, including ERP systems such as Deltek, SAP, and Oracle; procurement platforms; data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau; RPA; AI; and machine learning
  • Proven experience in S2P and O2C value streams, digital transformation initiatives, and technology implementations
  • People management and technical expertise
  • Certification in supply chain management, procurement, or analytics, such as CSCMP, APICS, or CPSM
  • US Citizenship is required
