About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct first-line review of program data and information, providing analysis and recommendations for program management and design
- Lead development of implementation and project plans across business, residential, and strategy & innovation portfolios
- Review and approve vendor invoices
- Manage contract compliance and coordinate accounting activities with Corporate Accounting
- Maintain positive business relationships with customers, regulatory stakeholders, professional groups, and industry allies
- Oversee program data quality, quality control, and presentation of program data and information
- Support internal and external program communication and outreach
- Track program metrics and prepare status reports monitoring objectives, timelines, budgets, and goals
- Lead development, implementation, and tracking of projects using project management best practices
- Stay current with trends in energy efficiency and demand response
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required for the Program Specialist and Program Supervisor levels, with degree-waiver alternatives based on directly relevant experience or an Associate's degree plus relevant experience
- Program Specialist: two or more years of relevant experience required
- Program Supervisor: five or more years of relevant experience required
- Program Specialist degree waiver: six or more years of directly relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with four or more years of directly relevant experience
- Program Supervisor degree waiver: nine or more years of directly relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with seven or more years of directly relevant experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Preferably advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Critical thinking skills and customer service approach
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others
- Team building and organizational skills
- Business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving, analytical, and computational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- MBA preferred
