About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and execution of transformation strategies aligned with the Transmission CoE vision
Partner with Transmission leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact transformation opportunities
Oversee end-to-end process improvement initiatives across transmission operations
Introduce and scale Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies
Develop and monitor KPIs to measure transformation success
Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and track performance improvements
Lead change management efforts for adoption of new processes and technologies
Develop communication and training plans
Build and lead a high-performing transformation team
Coach and mentor staff and stakeholders on continuous improvement tools and techniques
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Facilitate leadership workshops and progress report-outs
Lead continuous improvement cohorts and maintain a continuous improvement community of practice
Lead special projects within Transmission at the direction of the Transmission President or VP, Business Transformation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineer, Operations Management, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in utility industry
Proven track record of engaging in cross-functional transformation efforts in the utility or related industry
PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other transformation-related certifications preferred
Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a complex organizational environment
Innovative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
