About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support all functions of the Talent Acquisition department, from interview scheduling and candidate coordination through onboarding and post-offer activities
- Serve as a key resource to candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and stakeholders
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
- Arrange candidate travel and accommodations when necessary
- Process related reimbursement requests
- Manage post-offer and pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, physical examinations, and Form I-9 documentation
- Schedule, monitor, and track drug tests and physicals
- Review and audit candidate and hiring documentation for accuracy, completeness, policy compliance, and regulatory adherence
- Monitor process milestones, identify issues, and coordinate timely resolution
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to streamline recruitment and support a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Work with limited supervision while exercising judgment, discretion, and initiative
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- Six years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Experience involving confidentiality, maturity, discretion, personal tact, judgment, and initiative
- Knowledge of human resources recruiting policies and procedures
- Experience and knowledge of all steps in the full life-cycle of recruiting
- Customer-focused approach and strong sense of ownership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively across teams
- Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work from an approved work location
- Willingness to relocate to an approved work location at the candidate's expense if necessary
- Remote work locations require vetting and final approval prior to offer and/or start date
