About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop an understanding of the business, corporate culture, and structure
- Contribute creative ideas and strategic approaches in response to changing situations
- Assist with implementing and validating cloud security controls across cloud platforms
- Contribute to security metrics, dashboards, and documentation
- Identify, remediate, and document cloud security misconfigurations with cybersecurity engineers
- Improve automation, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
- Work alongside cloud/platform security engineers on impactful cybersecurity projects
- Participate in New Employee Orientation during the first week
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be in student status at an accredited 4-year college or university during the internship, graduating August 2027 or later
- Must be pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD
- Major/program must align with internship role
- Development skills in Python
- Ability to quickly learn CloudFormation and Terraform
- Sponsorship will not be considered; candidates who may require visa sponsorship cannot be considered
- Offer contingent on applicable background checks
- Offer contingent on signing a non-disclosure agreement for proprietary information, trade secrets, and inventions
- Up to 10% travel
