About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Operational Shared Services teams by transforming data into meaningful insights
- Gather, extract, analyze, and visualize data from a variety of sources
- Support business decisions, uncover trends, and drive operational improvements across contact centers, underwriting, and customer and policy servicing operations
- Prepare and validate data
- Build dashboards and reports
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business partners
- Support data cleansing, manipulation, and basic modeling efforts
- Develop an understanding of the business, corporate culture, and structure
- Contribute creative ideas and strategic approaches in response to changing situations
- Report to the Data Analytics Senior Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have achieved 24 semester hours of academic credit before beginning the first work term
- Must be in student status at an accredited 4-year college or university during the internship
- Must be graduating August 2028 or later
- Must be pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD
- Major/program must align with internship role
- Ability to work with Tableau, SQL, Python, and GCP
- Up to 10% travel
- Offer contingent on applicable background checks
- Must sign a non-disclosure agreement for proprietary information, trade secrets, and inventions
- Sponsorship will not be considered; candidates requiring visa sponsorship cannot be considered
