About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop an understanding of the business, corporate culture and structure to support work
- Contribute creative ideas and strategic approaches in response to changing situations
- Support the monthly topline forecasting and annual planning process
- Conduct variance analysis and review financial data to track drivers and identify trends
- Partner across various teams to support analysis around Partnerships topline
- Partner with team members on ad-hoc analytical projects and gain exposure to corporate finance
- Support financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and data analysis for stakeholders
- Participate in topline planning and reforecasting cycles for key partnerships
- Attend business partner meetings
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting
- Help make processes more efficient
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed
- Report to Nick Marella
- Travel up to 10%
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be in student status at an accredited 4-year college or university during the internship, graduating August 2027 or later
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
- Major/program must align with the internship role
- Strong cumulative GPA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail when handling financial data and reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Must not require visa sponsorship
- Offer contingent on applicable background checks
- Offer contingent on signing a non-disclosure agreement for proprietary information, trade secrets, and inventions
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is preferred
- Rising Junior status, with graduation date in 2028, is preferred
