About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in establishing and maintaining strategies to meet organizational objectives
Work under the direction of a senior employee or manager on business-supporting projects
Develop understanding of business environments, corporate culture and structure
Support new ideas, systems and procedures
Generate creative ideas and actions in response to changing situations
Support and plan small projects with management direction
May perform departmental duties alongside professional staff
Present project results to management and/or department personnel
Perform analytical work within the assigned functional area
Complete other duties as assigned
Work from a designated office at least 10 days per month in the hybrid arrangement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
Must be currently seeking a baccalaureate, masters, or doctoral degree
Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university on a full-time basis or as required by the university's co-op program
Must have achieved 24 semester hours of academic credit before beginning the first work term
Offer contingent on applicable background checks
Offer contingent on signing a non-disclosure agreement
Sponsorship will not be considered unless specified in the posting
Up to 10% travel
Work primarily involves sitting/standing
