Product Marketing Intern

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in projects bringing new insurance products, programs, and customer experiences to market
- Gain exposure to product launches, customer communications, marketing strategy, AI-enabled workflows, analytics, customer experience, and process improvement initiatives
- Participate in job shadowing, team collaboration, and hands-on learning opportunities
- Interact with teams across Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Customer Research & Insights, Analytics, Content Design, and Creative Design
- Report to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing
- Participate in networking and coaching opportunities
- Complete a 10 to 14 week summer internship from mid-May through August
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in product marketing, customer experience, content development, research, and marketing strategy
- Comfortable learning new technology, AI-enabled tools, and emerging ways of working
- Strong organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint and Excel, preferred
- Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn across multiple business functions and projects
- Unable to consider candidates who may require visa sponsorship
