Program Management Intern – Business Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support portfolio visibility, program management practices, and business operations across a complex, cross-functional environment
- Contribute to portfolio analysis, process documentation, reporting, knowledge management, and AI-enabled productivity improvements
- Organize portfolio and initiative information on scope, ownership, milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes
- Gather and analyze program or operational data
- Translate findings into dashboards, summaries, and leadership-ready presentations
- Document current-state processes, workflows, decisions, and lessons learned
- Identify opportunities to simplify or improve work processes
- Create or enhance templates, playbooks, governance materials, action logs, and knowledge repositories
- Prepare meetings, synthesize information, capture decisions and action items, and maintain organized documentation
- Research and test Microsoft 365, Copilot, automation, and other productivity tools
- Develop understanding of the business, corporate culture, and structure
- Contribute creative ideas and strategic approaches to changing situations
- Report to a leader within the Program Management team
- Participate in a 10–14 week summer internship from mid-May through August
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be in student status at an accredited 4-year college or university during the internship
- Must be graduating August 2028 or later
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD
- Major/program must align with the internship role
- Degree program in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Development, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, written communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to synthesize complex or ambiguous information into clear outputs
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration tools
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar tools is a plus
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
- Coursework, project experience, or interest in program or project management, business operations, process improvement, data analysis, technology, or strategy
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Sponsorship will not be considered; candidates requiring visa sponsorship cannot be considered
