Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in a shared services environment supporting multiple IT customers and stakeholder groups
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including print, storage, and correspondence platforms
  • Ability to identify enterprise optimization opportunities
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage competing demands
  • Ability to develop KPIs to measure system performance and success
  • Focus on minimizing overhead and complexity while enabling self-managing, agile delivery
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of enterprise document print and storage preferred
  • Insurance knowledge is a plus
  • Sponsorship will not be considered unless specified in the posting
  • Must reside within approximately 35–50 miles of Madison, Wisconsin, or Boston, Massachusetts
  • Willingness to work at least 10 days per month from the office
  • Successful applicable background checks
  • Signing a non-disclosure agreement
