Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated leadership skills supporting multiple business partners and technology stakeholder groups
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and SDLC
  • Ability to establish and mature technology platforms, teams, and operating models
  • Strong operational focus and understanding of business processes and technology enablement
  • Ability to prioritize workload, manage competing demands, and develop technical operational metrics
  • Focus on minimizing overhead and complexity while enabling self-managing, agile delivery
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Insurance and/or Legal industry knowledge preferred
  • Up to 10% travel
  • Candidates should reside within approximately 35–50 miles of Madison, WI or Boston, MA
  • Successful applicable background checks
  • Signing a non-disclosure agreement
