About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support processing the local event contract backlog
- Enter contract details into Optimus and track legal documentation
- Enter guest lists, table assignments, and bidder paddle information into Greater Giving
- Pull event-related reports and organize data to monitor progress and outcomes
- Conduct weekly data quality checks in Givergy, Luminate, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Enter event-related documentation and invoices into Salesforce
- Assist with preparing Letters of Agreement, Attachment A benefits, and internal proposals
- Collaborate with regional leads to design graphics for event materials
- Update and create standard operating procedures with department leads
- Maintain and update SharePoint resources and documentation
- Create short training videos for onboarding and process education
- Prepare printed materials, thank-you cards, and donation receipts
- Support agendas and materials for operations meetings, departmental meetings, and training sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Seniors or graduate students pursuing a degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Event Management, Legal, or a related field preferred
- Experience or interest in Business Management, Data Management and Analytics, Nonprofit Operations, Fundraising Events, or Project Coordination
- Experience with contract management, invoice processing, or accounts payable preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or another customer database preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written communication skills
- Effective one-on-one and group communication skills
- Ability to work professionally with community leaders, volunteers, and staff
- Effective oral and presentation communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities involving multiple entities
- Intermediate to excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of Canva
- Reliable WiFi connection
- Minimum availability of 25 hours per week, Monday–Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future
- Remote work must be performed inside the United States, not in a foreign country
