About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) and Allowance Parts Lists (APLs) for Shipboard Systems of Systems (SSDS) and Integrated Combat Systems (ICS)
Incorporate approved field changes
Manage Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) packages and provisioning actions through NAVSUP WSS submission
Track technical documentation status for system supportability and sustainment
Participate in technical documentation meetings, planning, and reviews, including ECPs, SCDs, and ILS/IPS meetings
Provide provisioning feedback via Fleet COSAL Feedback Reports (FCFBRs) or Engineering Support Requests Systems (ESRS)
Support development, tracking, and processing of SIDs, SCDs, ECPs, and problem reports for SSDS

Requirements

What you’ll need

HS Diploma or equivalent + 5+ years related experience with SSDS, Navy, and/or shipboard systems
Active Secret security clearance
Proven configuration and data management experience
Ability to use Microsoft Teams for task tracking and communication
Ability to coordinate with multi-site teams and manage complex documentation processes
