About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Answer questions, analyze problems, and provide technical assistance, support, and advice to end users

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or 4–5 years of related work experience
  • DoD 8570 Certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) required
  • Favorable Tier III Public Trust Clearance required
  • Technical support experience with hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Ability to support users by phone, email, or chat
