About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support logistics activities focused on PHS&T, sustainment, and product support
Identify potential problem areas and trends, create mitigation strategies, and brief Government customers on resolutions
Assist DOD, Federal Agencies, and authorized customers in screening and selecting property for reutilization
Administer accountable records, adjustments, inventory corrections, and government property inventory status
Assist Supply Representatives in reviewing spares forecasts for future program needs, system readiness, and cost projections
Use customer databases to track government property, conduct periodic inventories, report results, and enter inventory corrections
Provide status updates and briefings to Government customers
Assist GOLD Admin with user administration and login credential reestablishment
Monitor and oversee inventory management using the GOLD database for system components and support equipment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active TS clearance is a MUST
U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
BS or BA degree in a technical, business, or management field from an accredited college or university
10+ years of relevant experience
5 years of experience in defense life cycle (acquisition) logistics
Experience with and understanding of DoD government property policies and procedures
Adept at briefing program office level leadership
Proficiency with MS Excel and other MS Office applications
General understanding of acquisition logistics support concepts, including part sustainability, reliability, maintainability, and availability of system components
Knowledge of CONUS and OCONUS PHS&T, packaging guidelines, and program security classification guides
General knowledge of the Federal Supply System, automated and manual supply systems, and equipment serviceability standards and criteria
