About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead overall contract execution and serve as the primary Government interface for program performance, transition, staffing, schedule, risk, cost/manpower reporting, PMRs, CDRLs, and action-item closure
  • Direct integrated planning across sustainment, cybersecurity, SEIT, maintenance, logistics, customer additions, and configuration-controlled changes
  • Interact and coordinate with all levels of the organization to meet program needs
  • Provide expert guidance and direction to program staff
  • Manage available resources to ensure successful outcomes and profitable program augmentation
  • Use AMERICAN SYSTEMS' MERGE service delivery framework in program execution
  • Follow applicable Service Delivery Models and contribute to their continuous improvement
  • Promote accountability and focus on achieving Key Results
  • Oversee all phases of the program lifecycle
  • Manage development and delivery of the Program Management Plan and program deliverables in accordance with contract terms, quality standards, and company policy
  • Identify and mitigate risks; monitor and manage resources
  • Procure materials in accordance with company policy and approve authorized expenditures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree
  • 10+ years of management experience
  • 8+ years of domain experience
  • US Citizenship
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
