About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead quality assurance and test strategy for Bifrost, software maintenance, interface changes, CDS-related modifications, and customer additions
- Develop and manage test approaches, requirements-to-test traceability, regression and mission-thread testing, defect adjudication, assessment evidence, release readiness, and final test reporting
- Independently develop and execute test scripts to certify system changes and ensure quality software is released to production
- Produce expert-level test plan documents and requirements
- Develop and maintain test control databases
- Perform solution testing to confirm business requirements
- Develop, compile, document, and run automated test scripts and procedures
- Run regression tests and track defect status
- Provide quality assurance testing for all systems
- Assist with rollout of systems documentation
- Produce defect lists for resolution and future application releases
- Communicate with analysts and programmers regarding formal testing plans, problems, and results
- Develop technical documentation and reports
- Manage the Release Management process for changes to the baseline IT infrastructure
- Ensure project lifecycle processes are followed, documented, improved, and communicated to stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 8-10 years of related work experience
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- US Citizenship
