About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support day-to-day product operations, including tickets, requirements, specifications, backlog management, testing, releases, and documentation
Gather business requirements and translate them into clear product requirements and development tasks
Coordinate with development, sales, and business stakeholders to execute product updates and initiatives
Review call recordings and conversation transcripts to identify AI performance issues and improvement opportunities
Analyze customer and internal user experiences to identify friction points and recommend product enhancements
Monitor product metrics, performance trends, and anomalies; proactively flag issues
Compile findings into reports with prioritized recommendations for Product Leadership
Collaborate with developers to test, validate, and implement product improvements
Manage assigned tasks, priorities, and product operations across key initiatives
Maintain product documentation, requirements, and project deliverables
Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, optimize workflows, and improve team efficiency
Stay current on emerging AI technologies, product trends, and process improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must reside in the United States
Minimum of 2 years of experience in product operations, product management, technology, software development, project coordination, or a related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working understanding of APIs, integrations, software development workflows, and the product development lifecycle
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, solve problems, automate workflows, or analyze information
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with changing priorities
Russian language proficiency is a strong plus
Must not require visa sponsorship
