Vice President, Senior Product Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape the company’s Agency and Non-Agency product offerings by delivering actionable product intelligence
- Design, manage, and execute daily Agency and Non-Agency guideline analysis functions
- Analyze guidelines from competitors, investors, and Correspondent Sellers
- Collaborate with Credit Administration, Capital Markets, Underwriting, and Sales
- Lead analysis and comparison of Agency and Non-Agency mortgage product guidelines to identify opportunities, risks, and market trends
- Develop and publish comprehensive product intelligence reports supporting strategic business decisions
- Design and implement scalable, technology-driven guideline review processes using Excel, AI, and analytical tools
- Create and maintain standardized guideline analysis templates for hard, soft, and compliance guidelines
- Build and manage a library of current and historical guidelines, analyses, and competitive intelligence
- Serve as a subject matter resource for evolving Agency and Non-Agency guideline requirements and competitive positioning
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of related experience in Mortgage Banking or similar field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Previous leadership experience required
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending, including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Intermediate knowledge of Agency and Non-Agency mortgage products and underwriting guidelines
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience leveraging AI technology
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
