About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Directly support Senior Leaders and manage accountabilities supporting the executive office
  • Manage communications, business agendas, executive-office interactions and specific assignments
  • Manage calendars for multiple leaders, advisors and teams across geographies and time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and reservations
  • Manage expense submissions for leaders and teams
  • Identify, delegate and act on emails on behalf of the leader
  • Liaise with corporate colleagues, employees, advisors and external clients
  • Prepare materials, agendas, presentations, communications and talking points for meetings and TownHalls
  • Manage interactions with stakeholders in the leader’s absence
  • Track action items and summarize reports and documents

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant experience in managing an executive’s office, scheduling or voice process
  • Exceptional communication development and ability to synthesize information and write for understanding at all organizational levels
  • Experience influencing at all levels of the organization and proven ability to drive results through others
  • Ability to work under pressure with undefined processes, tight deadlines and frequently changing priorities
  • Ability to work with teams and leaders in a virtual environment
  • Calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive meetings
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline
