About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Capacity to multitask, quickly change direction, independently prioritize work, support multiple people, and develop efficiencies
  • Ability to anticipate business needs and utilize independent judgment
  • Demonstrated discretion when accessing and handling sensitive information
  • Experience arranging/booking complex travel helpful
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
  • Bachelor's degree or associate degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
  • Experience with Ariba Buyer, Axiom, Concur, or similar administrative programs preferred
  • Financial services industry experience or basic understanding of financial markets beneficial
  • Experience in an operational and compliance environment a plus
