About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support to investment teams
  • Greet guests and handle front-desk responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Capacity to multitask, quickly change direction, independently prioritize work, and develop efficiencies
  • Ability to anticipate business needs and utilize independent judgment
  • Demonstrated discretion when accessing and handling sensitive information
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States
  • Experience arranging/booking complex travel helpful
  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
  • Experience with administrative programs such as Ariba Buyer, Axiom, and Concur preferred
  • Financial services industry experience and/or basic understanding of financial markets beneficial
  • Experience working within an operational and compliance environment a plus
