About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, document, and implement fixed income investment policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Provide business support to tax-exempt and CLO investment teams, including performance reporting, tax-exempt SMA workflow assistance, account onboarding coordination, reconciliations, issue resolution, and other business support
  • Partner with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and other internal stakeholders to maintain efficient operating processes
  • Support technology needs, including Aladdin support, system enhancements and upgrades, workflow improvements, and deployment of new applications
  • Manage small to medium-size projects focused on operational changes, business needs, and issue resolution
  • Provide business support to the North America Multi-Asset Solutions team and other North America Fixed Income investment teams
  • Manage and maintain the book of work across key investment management platforms, tracking and prioritizing issues and enhancement requests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to produce effective recommendations to senior management
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Energetic and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external constituents
  • Ability to analyze data with attention to detail and draw meaningful insights
  • Ability to interrelate and understand increasingly complex issues
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects concurrently
  • Valid U.S. work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States
