About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate with the project leader to create and manage project plans and deliverables for advisors and internal stakeholders
  • Send communications and gather input from key stakeholders in projects and on the team
  • Partner with the events group and corporate event team to plan and execute department and advisor Town Halls and other sales-oriented events
  • Assist with Team Hall of Fame updates showcasing success stories and career path opportunities for internal team members
  • Create and administer team contests
  • Support Town Halls and event preparation, including strategy discussions, logistics planning, and event execution
  • Gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects across the financial services business
  • Participate in mentoring, networking, senior leader engagement, and community initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028
  • Proven organization skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work and communicate collaboratively and constructively with others
  • The company does not offer corporate undergraduate internships for students with F-1 visas
  • Preferred: high degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics
  • Preferred: excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Preferred: proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
