About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead recruiting and career-path efforts for Franchisee Staff, Novice/Experienced Advisors, and External Practice Acquisition hires across the Territory.
  • Develop and manage a diversified sourcing strategy and consistent high-quality lead flow.
  • Screen and interview candidates, present opportunity value propositions, and manage the process from sourcing through offer, hiring, and future development/promotion.
  • Lead the annual Advisor Business Planning process for the Territory.
  • Drive advisor engagement and participation in Growth Programs, Region and Territory training events, and Practice Growth initiatives.
  • Lead onboarding for new advisor hires and practice acquisitions.
  • Create customized onboarding plans and ensure appropriate tools, resources, training, and support.
  • Support client/asset transitions and growth to pre-transition production levels.
  • Support ad hoc field leader and top advisor requests.
  • Present strategic messaging on behalf of local leadership in advisor engagement venues.
  • Provide leadership to matrix business partners driving results in the assigned territory.
  • Connect top advisors to tools and resources to troubleshoot issues and drive practice growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Ability to work independently with high initiative and work with a team to drive results.
  • Ability to create and implement change, drive results, and hold others accountable.
  • Strategic focus with ability to translate vision into tactical actions.
  • Extensive Project Management experience required, preferably (but not exclusively) in leading operational, on boarding and recruiting projects.
  • Outstanding relationship management, negotiation, and collaborating/influencing skills.
  • Ability to monitor and service remote and/or multiple office locations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Some travel required.
  • Valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States.
  • Series 7 preferred.
  • Series 66 preferred.
  • Experience with recruiting preferred.
  • Experience in financial services industry preferred.
