About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare data summary analyses, internal trending reports, and presentations for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
Prepare Operational Risk Management reports and dashboards as required by leadership
Liaise with leaders across different business lines to identify risks and report them through the ORM route
Handle ad hoc Operational Risk Management requests related to audits and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of relevant experience with master degree
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Ability to work independently, collaborate, and lead cross-functional teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Experience with Microsoft Access preferred
Ability to deliver on competing priorities and multitask
Additional qualification or experience with SQL preferred
Additional qualification or experience in Risk Analytics preferred
Must work in the office at least three days per week, with flexibility to work from home two days per week
Ability to work 2:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m. India business hours
