About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide leadership to team members accountable for processing, service, and administration of multiple or complex Operations processes
  • Provide coaching, development, and support to ensure timely and accurate execution of daily functions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Drive implementation of process improvements and ensure processes and procedures are documented
  • Lead or participate in projects as a subject matter expert
  • Provide work direction and support on processes, procedures, and escalated issues
  • Develop methods to measure and report department performance
  • Allocate resources and manage workload to meet accuracy, transactional processing, quality, compliance, and regulatory standards
  • Identify and resolve business issues to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness
  • Provide oversight of policies and procedures
  • Work with internal and external business partners to identify and minimize risk
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management
  • Set department initiatives and individual performance goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Extensive experience working in operations, processing or customer service team
  • Strong working knowledge of Operations processes, policies, techniques, and applicable regulations
  • Proven ability to work effectively with internal and external partners at all levels
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to explain complex issues in an understandable manner
  • Valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States
  • Flexibility to occasionally work prior to market open, as dictated by the needs of the business
