About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive enterprise-wide DevOps, Platform Engineering, CI/CD, Cloud Infrastructure, and DevSecOps initiatives
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines and deployment frameworks
- Administer, support, and optimize the organization's DevOps toolchain and development platforms
- Develop automation solutions and reusable frameworks to improve operational efficiency and developer productivity
- Implement and promote DevSecOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
- Establish and enforce source control, branching, release management, and deployment standards
- Integrate code quality, security scanning, artifact management, and compliance controls into CI/CD workflows
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and QA teams to streamline software delivery and improve platform reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline, deployment, and platform-related issues
- Drive continuous improvement across DevOps processes, tooling, and governance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related disciplines
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, JFrog Xray, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise CI/CD solutions and deployment automation frameworks
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, and Bash
- Proven experience with source control management, branching strategies, repository administration, and release management processes
- Strong understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps principles, CI/CD architecture, software delivery lifecycle (SDLC), artifact management, security and vulnerability management, platform governance, and compliance controls
- Experience integrating quality gates, security scanning, and compliance requirements into automated deployment pipelines
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale DevOps platforms in regulated environments, preferably within financial services
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, governance, security, and risk management practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
