About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with EMEA Distribution to deliver data-led insights that improve client engagement and business performance
  • Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions for strategic and operational decisions
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve productivity, data accuracy, and turnaround time
  • Support trend analysis, forecasting, and business diagnostics aligned to business priorities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact solutions
  • Transform data into actionable insights that enhance commercial decision-making and client engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics)
  • Working experience and strong knowledge in Power BI or Tableau, with willingness to build capability across both platforms
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and automation
  • Familiarity with modern data ecosystems, including Snowflake and AWS, preferred
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools such as Copilot
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset, consistent delivery quality, and strong problem-solving capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to simplify complex insights
  • Prior experience within financial services or asset management advantageous but not mandatory
  • Ability to work in the office at least three days per week, with flexibility to work from home two days per week
  • Availability for India business unit timings of 11:30a–8:00p
