About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for cash products and related solutions
  • Drive development and implementation of new products, enhancements, pricing strategies, service models, and operational improvements
  • Maintain accountability for product line growth, profitability, adoption, competitiveness, and operational effectiveness
  • Serve as business owner for large-scale strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs
  • Partner with advisors, clients, and senior stakeholders to identify needs, opportunities, and market trends
  • Lead vendor relationships, contract negotiations, service level management, and issue resolution activities
  • Oversee regulatory, compliance, disclosure, policy, and governance requirements related to the product portfolio
  • Develop and coach team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Work in the office at least four days per week, with flexibility to work from home one day per week

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of product management experience, preferably within wealth management, banking, or financial services, including leadership responsibility for product portfolios
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • FINRA Series 7 license or the ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Valid U.S. work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and influencing executive stakeholders across large organizations
  • Strong expertise in product strategy, business case development, product performance management, and market analysis
  • Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements impacting financial products
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, collaboration, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results through cross-functional leadership
