About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve independently as Brokerage Outgoing Wire Processor and Approver
  • Communicate directly with advisors and clients to research and resolve inquiries and issues over the phone
  • Educate advisors on company systems, processes, and policies
  • Respond to client and field-member inquiries with prompt, accurate information for wire transaction and service requests
  • Process, reconcile, and/or balance assigned products accurately, timely, and compliantly
  • Work with internal and external business partners to research and resolve issues and provide seamless service
  • Identify process improvements and partner with resources to implement solutions
  • Use computer applications to provide operational processing information and take appropriate action
  • Participate in team or department projects as assigned
  • Ensure transactions follow industry rules, regulations, and internal compliance procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Previous operations, processing, or customer service experience
  • Ability to research and resolve problems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven transaction-based environment
  • Understanding of company and industry regulatory requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet accuracy standards in a high-volume processing situation
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex issues
  • Product-specific or financial services industry experience preferred
  • Valid work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States
