Key responsibilities & impact

Independently process, reconcile, and/or balance Alternative Investments transactions accurately, timely, and compliantly
Work with internal and external business partners to research and resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide seamless service
Identify process improvements and partner with appropriate resources to implement solutions
Use computer applications to provide operational processing information and take appropriate action
Participate in team or department projects as assigned
Ensure transactions comply with industry regulations and internal compliance standards

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience
Previous operations, processing, or customer service experience
Ability to research and resolve problems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven, transaction-based environment
Understanding of company and industry regulatory requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet accuracy standards in a high-volume processing environment
Ability to understand and communicate complex issues
Product-specific or financial services industry experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
Valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States
