About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently process, reconcile and/or balance assigned products according to department policies and procedures
  • Ensure comprehensive and seamless operations for transaction requests with minimal direction
  • Work with internal and external business partners to research and resolve issues accurately and promptly
  • Ensure transaction processing follows industry rules, regulations, and internal compliance procedures
  • Troubleshoot and provide seamless service
  • Identify process improvements and partner with appropriate resources to implement solutions
  • Use computer applications to provide operational processing information and take appropriate action
  • Participate in team or department projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience
  • Previous operations, processing, or customer service experience
  • Ability to research and resolve problems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven transaction-based environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of company and industry regulatory requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet accuracy standards in a high-volume processing situation
  • Valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States
  • Preferred: ability to understand and communicate complex issues
  • Preferred: product-specific or financial services industry experience
