About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the Discrepancy Management and DRP Certification programs
- Provide analytic support for Event Response and DR Governance programs
- Partner with Business Continuity Managers and business teams to maintain evidence for the internal technology control framework
- Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans and exercises meet internal audit requirements
- Provide audit support and evidence submissions for internal and external audits and oversight activities
- Document and maintain process records with the Enterprise Resiliency team to evidence resiliency compliance
- Manage application recovery discrepancy processes
- Work with Technology and Business leaders to resolve application configuration issues
- Assist with documenting disaster recovery plans and exercises
- Maintain Power BI reporting for exercises and resiliency data
- Enable training, communication, and awareness for business groups, including delivering materials and training sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, compliance or governance
- Demonstrated ability to develop and interpret information in the context of the organization's interest
- Flexibility, initiative, creative problem-solving skills, and strong customer service orientation
- Interest in professional development
- Experience working on Power BI
- Knowledge of business continuity recovery program design and implementation
- Regulatory audit understanding and evidence creation
- Employees must work in the office at least three days per week
- Ability to work the stated India business unit hours: 2:00p–10:30p
- CBCP certification preferred
