Mortgage Loan Processor
AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation. Manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month, including refinances and home equity loans .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month, including refinances and home equity loans
- Review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy
- Reconcile applications against system input
- Gather required documentation from customers and third parties to support loan approval decisions
- Communicate promptly and professionally with customers, loan officers, and underwriters
- Calculate and analyze income, assets, and liabilities
- Utilize AUSSIE and company procedures
- Establish ongoing customer relationships by delivering best-in-class customer service
- Work Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm local time, plus two weekend days per month for four hours each
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years recent mortgage loan experience
- Mortgage loan processing experience
- Must be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast paced environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, CRM
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet
- Minimum internet speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use)
