Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Licensed or associate-level clinician in North Carolina: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or LCAS
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
  • 2+ years of post-master’s clinical experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing CBT
  • Minimum 1 year of crisis intervention experience
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families
  • Eligible to join Medicaid and private insurance panels
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills with DSM-5 proficiency
  • Clear, concise clinical documentation and case management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
  • Empathetic, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed
  • Strong collaboration skills with colleagues and outside agencies
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks
  • Comfortable working independently in varied environments
