About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the asset register.
  • Use Microsoft Excel extensively to review, validate and manage asset data.
  • Complete data accuracy checks and identify missing or inconsistent information.
  • Enter and update information accurately within the computer-aided facilities management system.
  • Manage and issue planned preventative maintenance regimes and tasks in line with business requirements.
  • Monitor the shared Asset Management inbox, respond to queries and review data received from operational teams and supply-chain partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong practical experience using Microsoft Excel to manage, review and validate data.
  • Confidence working with spreadsheets and large volumes of detailed information.
  • Strong administration experience gained within a busy working environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Good computer literacy, including experience using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage workload and resolve issues by following established processes.
  • Previous experience working with asset registers, property information or maintenance data (desirable).
  • Experience using a computer-aided facilities management system (desirable).
  • Understanding of planned preventative maintenance regimes (desirable).
  • Proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn new systems and ways of working (desirable).
