About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities for a portfolio of AI products supporting Commercial Value & Access
  • Directly own one product while providing strategic direction, coaching, and accountability across the broader product group
  • Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and establish strong product practices
  • Prioritize investments and manage cross-product dependencies
  • Partner with Value & Access, engineering, data science, architecture, and other stakeholders to translate needs into scalable product capabilities
  • Guide AI and machine learning products from discovery and experimentation through launch, adoption, scaling, and optimization
  • Own product-group outcomes, KPIs, adoption, usage, and AI/model performance measures
  • Ensure products are scalable, enterprise-ready, and aligned with Responsible AI, privacy, security, and technology standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Doctorate degree and 4 years of Information/Technology/Digital Product Management experience, OR Master’s degree and 8 years of experience, OR Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience
  • At least 4 years’ experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing resource allocation
  • Experience leading a portfolio or group of related products as a product suite
  • Experience building products supporting Commercial Value & Access within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including generative AI, agents, AI platforms, and production AI systems
  • Experience evaluating customer needs, product usage, business outcomes, and AI/model performance
  • Experience leading digital products, defining product strategy and roadmaps, prioritizing investments, and measuring product outcomes
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to partner with engineering, data science, and architecture teams
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
