About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Detect suspicious financial activity and financial crime risks
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and perform quality control

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to investigate potentially suspicious activities, analyze findings, and prepare detailed Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
  • Strong knowledge of financial or banking industries and related regulations and laws
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed daily production goals
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, prioritization, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team
  • Receptive to feedback and able to implement changes effectively
  • Adaptability to new technologies and processes
  • Must work from a designated home address and workspace
  • Must be available for virtual training Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST for the first three weeks
  • Must work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time after training
  • Must not require employment immigration sponsorship or support, including CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, F-1, H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, or I-485 job portability
