About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate Embark training and onboarding
  • Provide feedback to new employees on AML workflows
  • Prepare training materials including outlines, presentations, study guides, and assessments
  • Provide summaries of Embark performance to the L+D Manager
  • Recommend individualized training
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to new employees
  • Support client-specific training for staff joining new engagements
  • Recommend training strategies to enhance program comprehension
  • Report staff training records periodically to the L+D Manager
  • Oversee and engage employees between project assignments on the Ready For Allocation team
  • Develop and deliver continuing education courses
  • Provide support to other departments as appropriate

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of AML experience
  • Ability to work outside normal business hours based on company operations across different time zones
  • Master's degree in related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of AML experience (preferred)
  • CAMS or related professional certification (preferred)
