About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, extract, and analyze commercial and product data from ERP, CRM, and other business systems
  • Prepare and maintain recurring sales, product, customer, and pricing reports and dashboards
  • Monitor sales performance by region, customer, and product family
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of commercial reporting data
  • Support Sales and Product Management with ad hoc data extraction and analysis
  • Manage and monitor pricing data across products, customers, and markets
  • Perform recurring pricing analyses and identify trends or deviations
  • Maintain pricing reports and tools
  • Collect and organize competitor pricing and benchmarking data
  • Provide data and analyses supporting pricing decisions
  • Maintain commercial and product master data across company systems
  • Ensure consistency between ERP, CRM, and reporting tools
  • Support day-to-day CRM management and usage
  • Act as a reference point for users on data issues and recurring CRM activities
  • Analyze product, customer, and market trend information
  • Monitor relevant commercial KPIs
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and data inconsistencies and escalate them to relevant functions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in a Commercial Analyst, Sales Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data from multiple sources
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Good knowledge of Business Intelligence and reporting tools, preferably Power BI
  • Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce knowledge would be an advantage
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot
  • Proactive approach to leveraging AI for data analysis, information synthesis, and presentation preparation
  • Good understanding of sales and commercial processes, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage recurring activities and deadlines independently
  • Ability to communicate data and findings clearly to different stakeholders
  • Collaborative and service-oriented approach with Sales, Product Management, and other business functions
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Temporary contract of approximately 12 months
