Key responsibilities & impact

Acquire and organize all company information
Ensure data integrity and availability to support strategic and operational decision-making
Define and map data, including by creating a data catalog and application maps
Model business application processes
Draft specifications defining the data to be collected
Build conceptual data models
Implement and maintain effective data collection and storage systems
Define data management strategies
Transform data between different systems
Monitor data quality and implement data cleansing and validation procedures
Analyze data trends, correlations, and anomalies
Develop predictive models and algorithms
Create and manage dashboards and reports
Use data visualization tools
Ensure data security in compliance with the GDPR
Implement security policies and procedures
Manage database access and permissions
Train and raise awareness among internal users
Collaborate with technical, sales, and management teams

Use Agile/DevOps methodologies
Coordinate technical and sales teams

What you’ll need

Proficiency in data management and analytics tools (SQL, MDM tools, Power BI, etc.)
Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS)
Experience with modeling and machine learning techniques
Ability to perform statistical analyses and build predictive models
Knowledge of ETL processes and related tools (Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi, FME, etc.)
Experience using REST/SOAP APIs through API testing platforms (Postman, SoapUI, etc.)
Ability to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
Ability to create reports and dashboards for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
