About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administration support to the whole debt and asset finance team
  • Load new instructions, including bulk and individual instructions
  • Manage client and debtor payments
  • Liaise with a bulk letter provider and send daily batches
  • Action certain debt recovery post
  • Distribute enforcement reports
  • Process supplier invoicing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Administration experience advantageous
  • Experience with IT systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work well in a team and develop good working relationships
  • Good communication skills and confidence liaising openly and clearly with colleagues
  • Ability to produce high-standard work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexibility, initiative and confidence in own ability
