About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review ad account performance with the paid ads team and propose creative ideas based on data
  • Produce 4–10 new ads weekly across statics, carousels, and short-form video
  • Build ads from b-roll, stock footage, client content, screenshots, motion graphics, and text overlays
  • Diversify creative across concepts, angles, formats, and personas
  • Monitor trending hooks, formats, and platform-native styles
  • Iterate on winning ads and learn from underperforming ads
  • Pitch creative ideas frequently
  • Work closely with Billy, Head of Customer Success & Sales, and the media buying team
  • Use hook rates, CTRs, and conversion numbers to evaluate and improve creative

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Portfolio of paid social ads produced, including statics, carousels, and video
  • Case studies showing the brief, idea, deliverables, and ad performance
  • Solid grasp of creative diversification across concepts, angles, formats, and personas
  • Awareness of trending hooks, formats, sounds, and styles across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Strong editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or Figma
  • Ability to produce weekly volume with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read ad insights and turn them into creative ideas
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Low ego and high ownership
  • Passion for producing ads that perform
