About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify manual, slow, or error-prone finance processes and automate or redesign them
- Support strategic initiatives and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Prepare financial reports for management and board reporting
- Support the dealmaking process in collaboration with labels and the operational business
- Conduct competitive and market analyses of the music and audio-tech industry
- Support accounting tasks related to payments, including hands-on work and automation
- Work directly with the CFO and report to the CFO
- Help process flows for thousands of artists and support decisions shaping the future of Amuse
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently working on a master's degree, ideally in business, economics, finance, or a related field
- Previous work experience, ideally in strategic finance or corporate strategy; high-growth startup experience counts too
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Claude
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
- Experience building automations to reduce manual work and errors
- Strong attention to detail and ability to present findings clearly and structurally
- Clear communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- Self-motivated, high-integrity, and comfortable with responsibility in an international, fast-moving environment
- Fluent in English
- Valid, pre-existing authorization to work in Sweden
- Swedish is a nice-to-have, not a requirement
