About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete a twelve-to-twenty-four-month developmental rotation program
- Learn about ADI technologies, customer support, and opportunity generation
- Build technical expertise, soft skills, customer engagement skills, and business acumen
- Gain exposure to ADI's broad portfolio of technologies, with primary focus on power management and automotive battery management systems
- Participate in a progressive curriculum with professional development and mentorship
- Integrate into the worldwide sales team and deploy to a target market
- Design technical system proposals to meet customer requirements for power management
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive customer solutions
- Assist in evaluating and designing customer hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot customer hardware and software/firmware performance issues
- Understand and disseminate customer technical requirements and market trends
- Contribute to internal product development strategy and product definitions
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer engineering and management teams
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- BSEE or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electronic schematics, layout, and components required
- Foundation of software fundamentals required
- Experience debugging hardware and software using basic lab equipment required
- Relocation to Southeastern Michigan at completion of the rotational program required
- Knowledge and understanding of power regulation design principles
- Experience with lab measurement and soldering equipment
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and set priorities
- Solid communication skills along with comfort presenting technical topics
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally (~10% of the time)
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and debugging skills
- Self-motivation and capability to work autonomously
- Agility and desire for continuous learning
