About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create, plan, launch, market, and deliver ADI-owned developer communities across the full lifecycle
- Define goals, target audiences, run promotional campaigns, meetups, hackathons, staff enablement, community content and nurture, measure ROI, and improve programmes for scale
- Drive participation across developer forums, GitHub, and physical venues
- Manage ADI’s commitments with open-source collectives such as the Linux Foundation and Zephyr Project
- Operationalise Collaborative Community playbooks, calendars, and actions
- Convert third-party community memberships and participation into engagement, contributions, and demand generation
- Act as the bridge between ADI and external developer communities, connecting insights to content, tools, and product teams
- Own nurture activities, community threads, and campaigns for the ADI Developer Portal
- Build community-health dashboards, track KPIs, and adjust programmes and messaging based on data
- Manage communications and deliverables with external communities and open-source organisations
- Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Regional teams to deliver developer-centric programmes
- Build digital and physical developer experiences, including meetups, hackathons, and speaker-bureau activities
- Create internal support and excitement for developer community programmes
Requirements
What you’ll need- EU location, preferably Ireland
- Experienced community background, with a focus on driving scalable programmes and measurable results in developer, partner or related domains
- Experience stewarding open-source programme participation
- Hands-on success converting community presence into activity and long-term community health metrics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proven engagement with vendors, suppliers, partners, and internal teams
- 3rd level Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience); technical background preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for community activities; required travel is 10% of the time
