About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support manufacturing operations in Chelmsford, MA, with a focus on ADFED operations
Gather, analyze, reconcile, and interpret data to generate insights for business and operational decision-making
Perform weekly data and reporting activities accurately
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics, trends, and business performance
Support production applications and dashboards during monthly and quarterly close through checklist execution
Identify and support improvements to reporting processes, data quality, and team efficiency
Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to develop and implement automation and analytics solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
Foundational knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and business performance measures
Experience working with data visualization, reporting, and analytics tools
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to different stakeholders
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 2+ years of related experience
2-4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus
Experience with data visualization and data modeling tools
Experience with SAP is a plus
Experience with QlikView, Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, or similar business intelligence tools
Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or other database query languages is a plus
Experience supporting project management or continuous improvement initiatives is a plus

Security Clearance required
Required travel: 10% of the time
